Kristin Luv’s ‘Composit’ is a sleek unyielding workout that blends tech house sensibilities with a bullish bass and the type of crepuscular re-pitched vocals more commonly found adorning garage’s darker recesses. Echonomist repurposes the track with much aplomb, exploring an elaborate, at times labyrinthian ethos whose invocation of dissonant bass-synth and razed vocal chops transform it into a dirty epic.
